Compact a PST File
Do you need to compact a specific .pst file in your Outlook. it is very simple to do, just follow these points;
Click Start and point to Settings
Click Control Panel
Double-click Mail
Click Data Files
Click the .pst file that you want to compress
Click Settings
Click Compact Now
Done
