Compact a PST File
Do you need to compact a specific .pst file in your Outlook. it is very simple to do, just follow these points;
- Click Start and point to Settings
- Click Control Panel
- Double-click Mail
- Click Data Files
- Click the .pst file that you want to compress
- Click Settings
- Click Compact Now
- Done
