Export Outlook Folders
Do you need to export specific Outlook folders rather than the whole PST file to be used in another program, well follow this and you should be able to do it;
- Open Outlook
- Select File/Import and Export
- Choose Export to a File
- Click Next
- Chose the type of file you’d like to export your data into
- Click Next
- Select the folder and/or subfolders with the data you want to expor
- Click Next
- Chose a name for the file and select where Outlook should save it
