Send and Recieve Outlook Emails in Plain Text
Do you want to be able to send and recieve email in Outlook in just plain text, then follow these instructions;
Receive Plain Text Emails Outlook 2003
Open Outlook
Click tools
Click preferences
Click email options
Find the message handling area
Check ‘read all standard mail in plain text’
Done

Open outlook
Click tools
Click trust center
Click email security
